POP.STORE “See You at VidCon” Contest

The “See You at VidCon” Contest (“Contest”) is sponsored by Commentsold Technologies, LLC d/b/a Popstore (“Sponsor”), located at 2810 N Church St, PMB 95069, Wilmington, DE 19802-4447.

CONTEST PERIOD

The Pop.Store “See You at VidCon” Contest begins on May 25, 2026 at 12:00 AM Eastern Time and closes on June 7, 2026 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time (“Contest Period”).

‍

ELIGIBILITY

This Contest is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction) at the time of entry, except that residents of the following states are not eligible to enter: Arizona, Colorado, Maryland, Nebraska, North Dakota, and Vermont.

Employees of Popstore and its affiliated companies, and their immediate family members or household members of such employees, are not eligible to win.

Void where prohibited or restricted by local law. Entrants are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and tax obligations in their respective jurisdictions. This is a skill-based Contest. Chance plays no part in the determination of winners.

HOW TO ENTER

To participate in the Contest during the Contest Period, entrants must complete all of the following steps:

Step 1: Create a Free Pop.Store Account

Sign up for a Pop.Store 7-day free trial at https://get.pop.store. By creating an account, you agree to comply with the Popstore Terms of Service at https://get.pop.store/terms-of-service/ and Community Guidelines at https://get.pop.store/community-guidelines/. Entrants must use the same email address and phone number for their Pop.Store account as submitted in the entry form.

Step 2: Post a Video on Your Largest Social Platform

Create and post a video on your largest social media account (Instagram Reels, TikTok, or YouTube Shorts) that addresses all three of the following prompts:

• What are you building - and who are you building it for?
• How has AI changed the way you work - or how do you want it to?
• What would showing up at VidCon mean for where you’re trying to go?

Step 3: Follow and Tag Pop.Store and VidCon

Follow @pop.store and @VidCon on the platform where the video is posted, and tag both accounts in the video post. Entrant’s account must be set to public at the time of submission and throughout the judging period.

Step 4: Use the Campaign Hashtags

Include all three of the following hashtags in the video post caption: #GetPopStore, #AIEchoMe, and #EchoMe.

Step 5: Submit the Entry Form

Complete and submit the official entry form at [LANDING PAGE URL], providing your full name, email address (matching your Pop.Store account), phone number (matching your Pop.Store account), social media handle, and a link to your video. Entries must be submitted no later than June 7, 2026 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time.

One entry per person is permitted. Popstore reserves the right to verify all submissions and disqualify any entries that violate these rules, use fraudulent data, or violate Popstore’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

PRIZES

The following prizes are available:

Grand Prize - 3 Winners

Each Grand Prize winner will receive an all-expenses paid trip to VidCon Anaheim 2026 (June 25–28, 2026), including:

• Round-trip economy airfare to Anaheim, CA from within the contiguous United States
• 2-night hotel accommodation (double occupancy)
• One (1) VidCon Creator Pass
• A $500 USD spending stipend (distributed as a prepaid card or equivalent)

Approximate Retail Value (ARV) per Grand Prize: $2,500 USD. Total ARV of all Grand Prizes: $7,500 USD.

Runner-Up Prize - 7 Winners

Each Runner-Up winner will receive one (1) VidCon Creator Pass for VidCon Anaheim 2026 (June 25–28, 2026). Approximate Retail Value (ARV) per Runner-Up Prize: $209 USD.

Participation Reward - All Valid Video Entrants

Every entrant who submits a qualifying video entry will receive a 15% discount code toward the purchase of a VidCon Anaheim 2026 ticket. This reward will be distributed via the email address provided at submission. No cash equivalent is available.

Prizes are non-transferable. No substitution or exchange of prizes is permitted except by Pop.Store, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value at its sole discretion. All taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and use are the sole responsibility of the winner.

JUDGING & WINNER SELECTION

This is a skill-based Contest. Winners will be selected by the Pop.Store team based on the following judging criteria:

• Authenticity and originality of the video
• Clarity and strength of the creator’s story and vision
• Relevance to the three required prompts
• Enthusiasm and fit with the Pop.Store community

Chance plays no role in winner determination. All decisions are final and binding. A minimum of five (5) eligible entries must be received for winners to be selected. If fewer than five (5) eligible entries are received, Popstore reserves the right to cancel the Contest or extend the entry period.

WINNER NOTIFICATION

Winners will be announced on or around June 11, 2026 and notified via email using the address provided at entry. Winners must respond within 72 hours of notification. Failure to respond within 72 hours may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

Winners may be required to submit:

• A signed Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release
• A completed IRS Form W-9

Popstore will comply with all applicable tax reporting and withholding obligations. Winners in the United States may be required to complete a W-9 form and may receive a 1099-MISC for tax reporting purposes.

WINNER OBLIGATIONS

Grand Prize winners agree to fulfill the following content obligations in connection with their attendance at VidCon Anaheim 2026 as a Pop.Store Creator Ambassador:

• Post one (1) Instagram or TikTok Story per day during the event (June 25–28, 2026), tagging @pop.store in each story.
• Post one (1) recap video after the event on their primary social platform, tagging Pop.Store as a collaborator. The recap should reflect their personal experience at VidCon with Pop.Store.
• All VidCon-related posts created as part of this campaign must tag Pop.Store as a collaborator.

Failure to fulfill these obligations may result in the winner being required to reimburse Popstore for the fair market value of the prize.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

Entries must be original and may not violate or infringe any copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any third party. Use of bots, artificial engagement tools, or deceptive tactics is prohibited and will result in immediate disqualification.

The Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by or associated with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or Meta.

PUBLICITY

By entering the Contest, you grant Popstore the right to use your name, likeness, Pop.Store profile, and any content submitted as part of the Contest in promotional materials and communications (including email, website, and social media) without further compensation unless prohibited by law.

RIGHT TO MODIFY, SUSPEND, OR CANCEL

Popstore reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest at any time for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, technical issues, or lack of participation. In the event of early termination, Popstore may, at its discretion, select winners from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to termination.

GOVERNING LAW

This Contest and these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without giving effect to its conflict of law rules. Any disputes arising from or relating to this Contest shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Delaware, USA, and entrants consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
